Juicing – Week 2


It’s been a week and juicing is going GREAT.  I did take 1 day off this week though… not gonna lie – I was FAMISHED!

Some of the recipes have been great, and others.. not so much.  My favorite juice so far was banana, kale, blackberries and blueberries. I’ve even included a little aloe juice in some of the drinks.

This week, we have a fresh produce selection of strawberries, mango, pear, apple, kiwi, and butter lettuce.  I’m so excited.

Some might wonder where this new health ambition aspired from.  Well, Jon and I watched a documentary on Netflix titled “Hungry for Change“; which has really been life changing.  It is an honest look at the food industry and why Americans are getting so sick.

Please take an hour to watch it or read about this information.  It is important to KNOW what you are putting into your body!
